Product protection for short runs
The standard hologram is a tamper-evident label equipped with a self-destructing film that immediately detects attempts at detachment and tampering, making reuse impossible. Combined with the tamper-evident effect, residue is left on the product surface when attempts are made to open it. One option for customizing your standard hologram is demetallization, a form of material processing in which the metallic structure of the hologram is removed by a special printing plate. These removed areas appear transparent and thus become readable. In the case of a color background, the respective deposited color becomes visible. In the case of demetallization, it is possible to vary the screen size of the printing plate so that the demetallized area appears in shades of gray. Another option is laser marking, which verifies your products and at the same time provides a basis for product traceability.
