4E sustainable features a 60% reduced carbon footprint and abstains from using plastic and etching chemicals. Eco friendly, the production process avoids additional emissions by saving energy and minimizing materials.
The paper base can also be used as face material. All the aluminium not being used will be recycled to produce less waste. Emphasizing clean and modern production technologies, the digital process flow results in precision laser cut antennas and highly cost effective products. It is the first feasible alternative to the traditional way of producing antennas by a wet etching process. The technology brings new dimensions of substrate material choices, and sustainability to the growing RFID and IoT markets.

Recirculating Box Label
Combining RFID + QR Code + Data Matrix code. Specifically designed label for recirculating and reusable boxes to withstand highly demanding environments of wash centers, automotive, industrial, production fields, and fresh production retail supply chains.
By combining RFID, QR code and data matrix we ensure a highly trackable label system that can be read with RFID readers, barcode scanners and smart phones. Especially the QR code enables consumers to find out more about the product origin by using their smart phones. The material features include Resistant to high pressure washing and common chemical washing liquids, UV resistant and >60 wash cycles in common application. The labels can be applied on fresh cleaned boxes up to 60°C surface area.
